Relax in peace! Our secure gated community with smart home features gives you total comfort and privacy. Enjoy a private entrance with a unique code, and unwind by the pool (heating available upon request!). This home is perfect for groups (up to 24!), but keep it smoke-free and pet-free for everyone's enjoyment. While our home is designed to accommodate up to 24 guests, an additional charge of $10 per person, per night will be applied for groups exceeding 12 people. We have a propane grill available for rent, just let us know in advance if you’d like to use it and we'll get you set up! Note: There are quiet hours from 10pm to 7am to respect fellow residents. Also, just a quick reminder that there may be possible waiting times at the neighborhood gate, particularly during the busy hours of 3-11 PM. We recommend planning your arrival accordingly to ensure a smooth entry.
