Relax in peace! Our secure gated community with smart home features gives you total comfort and privacy. Enjoy a private entrance with a unique code, and unwind by the pool (heating available upon request!). This home is perfect for groups (up to 24!), but keep it smoke-free and pet-free for everyone's enjoyment. While our home is designed to accommodate up to 24 guests, an additional charge of $10 per person, per night will be applied for groups exceeding 12 people. Please note that even if the extra guests are only staying for part of the reservation, the fee will still apply for the full duration, as we still need to put in additional supplies such as towels and other essentials. We have a propane grill available for rent, just let us know in advance if you’d like to use it and we'll get you set up! Note: There are quiet hours from 10pm to 7am to respect fellow residents. Also, just a quick reminder that there may be possible waiting times at the neighborhood gate, particularly during the busy hours of 3-11 PM. We recommend planning your arrival accordingly to ensure a smooth entry.
